Intellectual Resource Wars
"The freedom to speak is the freedom to lie" - Atari Teenage Riot

There are a number of areas in which corporations are trrying to enforce what they call 'intellectual property rights' to the detriment of fair use and community knowledge-sharing initiatives. Those of us opposing them are fighting a war of ideas as important as any revolution in history. Imagine if public libraries were illegal because lending copies of books and allowing selective photocopyng of them were intellectual property crimes? Thoughtcrime anyone? The freedom to listen is a necessary compliment to the freedom to speak.
