Terrorist Guide -Outranet
Version 1.0

No one in the Agency had discovered the Outranet. Its backbone maintainers made sure that only those lifeforms that demonstrated a suitable level of intelligence could access the network pathways that led to other worlds. As far as the rulers of the World were concerned, there was no intelligent life in the universe except for themselves.

Now Mewkis understood what the resistence cells had been doing all this time. The Jammers had been avoiding fights and saving their resources to hide their interstellar signals and explore the galactic networks. The visual interface of the Outranet was like no sudopace Mewkis had ever navigated. Its bandwidth was so enormous, the dataflow so fast that a logical craft was required to protect one's biosignal in the journey from one planet's net to another. So far Mewkis had only seen 2 of these foreign nets and their architectures were as alien to him as the intelligences he encountered there.

He had thought to teach them how to win sudo-warfare. Instead they were showing him how to install the drivers on a sudo-craft and communicate with other civilisations. He was attempting to do just that when the language-translator crashed. "Damn the cypto-vocalizing little bastards" he raged. He rediverted the audioprobes and went through another pass.

"Anarchism's great project is to dissolve the asymmetry of power. How? There are thousands of alternatives and there is not only one solution. To advance 'one' solution would be a doctrine of power, a manifestation of power."
